1.AGREEMENT

1.1 These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the order by you as buyer on HALOPRINTWORKS.COM. The Site is operated by HALO DESIGN SERVICES (“we,” “our,” or “us”). We are a sole establishment company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“UAE”) under license number 1065859 and have our address  at Al Shemandi street 1, Umm Suqeim 1, Dubai, U.A.E. HALOPRINTWORKS.COM. is an e-commerce platform which allows users to buy products on our site.

1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order with HALOPRINTWORKS.COM. By placing an order with HALOPRINTWORKS.COM, you agree to be bound by these Terms with immediate effect. References to “you” (or similar) are references to you as an individual or legal entity. These Terms apply as well as additional terms including our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, and Privacy Policy

1. Placing an order and its acceptance
   • Creating an account. In order for completion of order, you accept to creating an account and in the process accept to agreeing to the terms and conditions as mentioned.
   • Placing your order. Please follow the onscreen prompts to place an order. Each order is an offer by you to buy the Products specified in the order subject to these Terms.
   • Correcting input errors. Please check the order carefully and amend any errors before submitting your order to us.
   • Acknowledging receipt of your order. After you place an order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received it, but please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. The acceptance of your order will take place as described in clause
   • Accepting your order. We will confirm acceptance to you by sending you an email or mobile message that confirms that the Products have been dispatched (Dispatch Confirmation). The Agreement between you and us will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.
   • If we cannot accept your order. If the Products cannot be supplied to you for any reason, we will inform you of this by email or mobile messaging and we will not process your order. If you have already paid for the Products, we will refund you the full amount including any delivery costs charged as soon as possible.
   • Cancelling Order. You or HALO PRINTWORKS may cancel your order for a Product at no cost prior to shipping, subject to conditions as set out in clause 4.
   • We reserve the right to cancel your order(s) if:
2. You fail to make payment to us when it is due;
3. You fail to provide information, within a reasonable time period of asking for it, necessary for us to deliver the Products; or
4. You do not allow the Products to be delivered to you.
5. The order(s) is incapable of being fulfilled due to the Product not being available.
6. Payment
   • If you place an order on our Site you authorise us or any of our third-party payment processor to process your credit/debit card details for the amount of your order.
   • You can only pay for Products using a debit card or credit card.
   • Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.
   • You consent to receive invoices electronically for your purchase to the email address you provided us.
7. Products
   • The images of the Products on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. The colour of your Products may vary slightly from those images.
   • We reserve the right to amend the specification of the Products if required by any applicable statutory or regulatory requirement.
8. Refund
   • There are no refunds, no returns or transfers of received products under any circumstance except in the event of a wrong or faulty purchased product.
   • In the unlikely event of you receiving a wrong product, you need to notify us in writing via email within a period of 48 hours after the delivery of the product. The return of this product must be within 7 days from its receipt. The returned product must not be used or reduced in value. It must be returned to us within a period of 10 days of the receipt with all labels attached in the original packaging.
   • If the item, received is faulty or defected, please take a picture directly and contact us by email on INFO@HALOPRINTWORKS.COM. In the unlikely event that the purchased product is out of stock or not available, a refund or store credit will be offered to you for the same value purchased.
9. Delivery, transfer of risk and title
   • You may be required to provide verification of identity upon delivery of order if required upon inquiry. Verification may not be limited to just the form of identification/credit card but also further information and documentation.
   • The cost and date of delivery will be displayed on our site. Delivery dates are estimates and should not be relied upon as guaranteed delivery times.
10. Price of Products and Delivery Charges
    • The prices of the products will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, if we discover an error in the price:
      • If the Products’ correct price is less than the price stated on our site, you will be charged the lower amount when dispatching the products to you; and
      • If the Products’ correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the products at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you.
    • Prices for Products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed. The price of Goods may include or exclude VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in the United Arab Emirates.
    • The price of the Products does not include delivery charges. The delivery charges are as advised to you during the check-out process, before you confirm your order.
11. Intellectual Property

This website contains material owned by HALO PRINTWORKS. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, and graphics of all featured products. Reproduction is prohibited. You shall not use, modify, reproduce, copy, display, publish, or create derivate works from any content contained on HALOPRINTWORKS.com.

8. General
   • Modification

We amend these Terms from time to time. Every time you wish to use our Site, please check these Terms to ensure you understand the Terms that apply at that time. We may update and change our Site from time to time.

• Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for any loss or damage or for any failure or delay in performance due to acts beyond the control of such party.

• Governing law and jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and each party irrevocably agrees to submit all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
