There are no refunds, no returns or transfers of received products under any circumstance except in the event of a wrong or faulty purchased product.

In the unlikely event of you receiving a wrong product, you need to notify us in writing via email within a period of 48 hours after the delivery of the product. The return of this product must be within 7 days from its receipt. The returned product must not be used or reduced in value. It must be returned to us within a period of 10 days of the receipt with all labels attached in the original packaging.

If the item, received is faulty or defected, please take a picture directly and contact us by email on INFO@HALOPRINTWORKS.COM. In the unlikely event that the purchased product is out of stock or not available, a refund will be offered to you for the same value purchased
