DELIVERY:

Halo Printworks ships globally from Dubai‭, ‬United Arab Emirates‭. ‬Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout‭. ‬We will send you an email confirming when we have dispatched your order and you should receive a text message from Quiqup when your‭ ‬delivery is on the way‭.‬

We aim for next day delivery within the UAE‭. ‬Outside the UAE‭, ‬as delivery times vary by country‭, ‬we typically advise allowing 3-5‭ ‬business days‭. ‬While we strive to meet these times‭, ‬factors beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery schedules‭.‬

Please note that when ordering from Halo Printworks for delivery outside the UAE‭, ‬you may be subject to import duties‭, ‬taxes and‭ ‬clearance-related charges upon arrival in your country‭. ‬These charges are not included in your order price and must be paid by‭ ‬you upon delivery‭. ‬Customs policies vary by country‭, ‬so please check with your local customs office for more details‭.‬

REFUND:

There are no refunds, no returns or transfers of received products under any circumstance except in the event of a wrong or faulty purchased product.

In the unlikely event of you receiving a wrong product, you need to notify us in writing via email within a period of 48 hours after the delivery of the product. The return of this product must be within 7 days from its receipt. The returned product must not be used or reduced in value. It must be returned to us within a period of 10 days of the receipt with all labels attached in the original packaging.

If the item, received is faulty or defected, please take a picture directly and contact us by email on INFO@HALOPRINTWORKS.COM. In the unlikely event that the purchased product is out of stock or not available, a refund will be offered to you for the same value purchased.
