No refunds, returns, or exchanges, except for wrong or faulty products. If you receive the wrong product, notify us within 48 hours via email. Return the product within 7 days, unused and with all labels in original packaging. For faulty items, contact us with a picture via email. If the purchased product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
Your order will be shipped via Quiqup courier, within the UAE and Aramex internationally. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is dispatched, and the service provider will notify you via text when your delivery is en route.
For ready-to-order products, you can expect to receive the goods within a maximum of 2 working days. For customized products, please allow up to 4 working days for delivery.
Your order will be shipped via Quiqup or international courier with tracking available for all orders. Upon shipment, Quiqup will reach out to confirm details, time of delivery and provide a parcel tracking link.
Halo Printworks ships globally from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Delivery charges are automatically calculated at checkout.
While delivery times vary by country, we typically advise allowing 3-5 business days. While we strive to meet these times, factors beyond our control may occasionally affect delivery schedules.
Please note that when ordering from Halo Printworks for delivery outside the UAE, you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are not included in your order price and must be paid by you upon delivery. Customs policies vary by country, so please check with your local customs office for more details.
